Adept style is overrated on most weapons. Its championed as broken and EZ Mode by the newer and/or less skilled part of the fanbase, but once you learn how to position and know the monster’s moveset, it becomes a hindrance on most weapons, since it often forces you to do the lengthy dodge and counterattack in order to use your strongest moves.
