The IE K04 Tune is meticulously designed for bolt-on Borg Warner K04 Turbocharger upgrades and features a completely new ECU calibration to take advantage of the larger turbo efficiency range. Upgrading to a K04 and Tune results in a much wider RPM band and power doesn’t taper off like the factory installed K03 turbo.
The IE Stage 2 Tune for B8 & B8.5 S4 recalibrates the ECU to take advantage of a smaller diameter supercharger pulley. This faster supercharger speed allows more airflow and higher boost pressures. The result is a powerful engine with a significant increase in power and torque across the rev range. Bottom end torque especially is increased.
